Model VB-B01
VB-B01 is an asbestos-free sealing material specifically designed for gearbox valve body gaskets. It utilises cellulose fibres as a reinforcing material, carboxylated nitrile rubber as a binder, and a thermosetting resin as a reinforcing agent. The material exhibits excellent uniformity and, following calendering with specialised equipment, possesses exceptional surface smoothness and gloss. It possesses extremely high tensile strength and minimal deformation; even under high-speed fluid scouring, the material will not erode or flake away, nor will it block oil holes or oil passages. The maximum intermittent operating temperature is 180°C.
