Model OS-R01
The OS-R01 is a high-density, asbestos-free sealing material. This product utilises synthetic fibres as the reinforcing material and carboxylated nitrile rubber as the binder. Following vulcanisation at a specific temperature, it exhibits excellent oil and gas sealing performance, as well as a low creep-relaxation rate, enabling it to effectively maintain bolt torque during use. It is widely used for sealing media such as engine oil and coolant. Recommended maximum operating temperature: 180°C.

Standard thickness: 0.4–1.2 mm; other specifications can be manufactured upon request.
