Model HP-G01
HP-G01 is a fully vulcanised, high-performance, asbestos-free sealing material designed for sealing oil, gas and coolant media in applications including gearboxes, compressors, diesel engines and other heavy machinery. HP-G01 is a high-performance composite material manufactured using aramid fibres as the reinforcing material, modified nitrile rubber as the binder, and nano-modified fillers as the filler. This product offers excellent tensile strength, compressive strength, corrosion resistance and resistance to high-speed fluid erosion. It can withstand high flange pressures and exhibits excellent torque retention, with a maximum intermittent operating temperature of 305°C.
