Embossing roll wool paper, also known as embossing roll paper, is a specialised industrial paper independently developed by our company for soft embossing rolls (wool paper rolls). It is manufactured using carefully selected high-purity cotton pulp and wool as raw materials, and is formed using a proprietary special papermaking process.

This material serves as the core filling substrate for soft embossing rolls, and the resulting embossing paper rolls are specialised equipment for the deep processing of paper and fabric embossing and texturing. The equipment utilises the roller's pre-set precision embossed patterns to apply a purely physical rolling and compression bonding process, enabling the creation of uniform, three-dimensional patterns on the surfaces of various substrates in a single pass. The entire process requires no chemical additives, making it environmentally friendly and highly efficient.

This paper roll offers exceptional versatility, capable of processing a wide range of soft and hard materials including paper, fabric, non-woven fabric, plastic sheets, film, aluminium foil, artificial leather, wallpaper, glass and floor tiles. The roller body exhibits outstanding wear resistance, producing clear and uniform embossed patterns. It withstands high pressure and boasts a long service life, making it suitable for stable, high-speed continuous operation on automated production lines. It is widely used in various applications involving the embossing and shaping of substrate surfaces.

Technical specifications: The wool content of the embossing roll paper ranges from 25% to 40%; embossing rolls manufactured primarily from this paper achieve a surface hardness (Shore D) of 83–84 degrees.
