Texturing roll wool paper serves as the core filling material for soft texturing rolls. The textured paper rolls produced from this material are high-precision core components used in the paper manufacturing, paper processing, and textile printing and finishing industries, and are commonly employed in conjunction with production line equipment such as rewinding machines, texturing machines and coating machines. The equipment utilises a purely physical roller-pressing method to imprint a fine, uniform three-dimensional texture onto the surface of base paper or fabric, effectively improving the flatness of the substrate and enhancing the product's visual texture.

Compared to other texturing rolls, this paper roller applies gentle pressure and features a smooth, burr-free surface; it does not scratch the substrate when processing thin paper or fabric, striking a perfect balance between embossing effect and product integrity. Fabrics processed by this equipment possess a soft and full-bodied feel. When applied to various art papers, decorative base papers and wallpaper base papers, the embossing not only significantly enhances the premium texture but also effectively improves the paper's slip resistance, surface friction and print adhesion, thereby helping to elevate the overall product quality and subsequent processing results.

Technical specifications: The wool content of the texturing roll paper is 18%–25%; texturing rollers manufactured primarily from this paper achieve a surface hardness (Shore D) of 85–86 degrees.
